Shipping and Returns
EGD co. only ships within the US. Customers are responsible for paying shipping costs as well as shipping costs when returning an order. Shipping times vary depending on the item and are denoted in the listings description.
Return Policy
If you would like to return an item please email emilygreendesignco@gmail.com. Returns and exchanges are available for non-custom products (i.e. prints, notepads, gift tags). Due to the custom nature, custom paintings are not eligible for return. I pride myself on being able to paint according to the customer’s requests while also staying true to my style.
Returns are accepted after 30 days of receiving the item. To be eligible for refund the item must be sent back in the same condition as it was received.
Steps for Returns:
Email emilygreendesignco@gmail.com and include you invoice number.
Ship the product to the address provided via email. Include your invoice or order confirmation.
The customer is responsible for the shipping cost. These costs are non-refundable.
Once the item is received, a refund will be given unless the item is damaged.
Lost Items
Unfortunately, once items leave my studio they are no longer under my control. EGD co. is not responsible for lost or undelivered packages. If any problems arise, please email emilygreendesignco@gmail.com.
